The Raindancer Steak House specializes in the finest U.S.D.A dry and wet-aged in-house "21-28 days" custom prime and premium cut* midwestern beef, providing maximum flavor and tenderness. Every steak is hand-cut and trimmed on-premises to our specifications. Upon request, we can hand-cut any size steak that you may desire. We also serve fresh seafood, free-range chicken, and Chef’s creative specialties. We also present a carefully selected award-winning wine list, with many wines rated over 90 points.
